Marketing Manager
Strengthen and expand the reach of The Watch. Market and audience research, marketing strategy, and campaigns across social media, email and digital funnels — with the analysis to keep sharpening what works.
Technology & Digital Systems Lead
Support the technological and digital development of The Watch — building systems and workflows, developing the website and platforms, and using AI and automation to expand what we are able to create and deliver.
Community Operations
Community Manager
Oversee the life and health of the community — keeping it ordered, welcoming and moving.
Community Engagement Manager
Drive conversation and participation so no one sits on the edges unnoticed.
Community Ambassador
Carry the culture of The Watch, welcome new members and represent us well.
Broadcast Operations
StreamYard Backstage Technician
Run every livestream professionally — prepare broadcasts, manage StreamYard, display scriptures and banners, handle live comments and troubleshoot on the fly. Training provided; weekly rota.
Prophet School (WASP)
Email Manager
Manage all official email communication — the WASP inbox, reminders, newsletters and event updates. A highly confidential role.
Social Media Assistant
Support the Social Media Team with content creation, scheduling and campaign execution.
Content Creator
Capture and create original content — film and photograph services, events and gatherings, and capture testimonies and behind-the-scenes moments.
Content Editor
Shape raw footage into message-carrying content — reels, shorts, promo videos and highlight films from major gatherings.
Graphic Designer
Create the visual assets that carry The Watch's identity — social, event, promotional and presentation graphics. Flexible hours.
Website Manager
Keep the digital front door accurate and current — update pages, events and registrations, add resources, check links and improve the user experience. Two people recommended for this role.
